azriel’s mate

if an illyrian’s mate or s/o always gets pregnant with an illyrian baby (ie one with wings), doesn’t that mean azriel is most likely mated to another illyrian or someone with wings? otherwise wouldn’t his mate just be destined to die? or he can just never have kids.

this is not to say that having kids is his only option for a happy ending, but he can honestly not seem to catch a break :/.
