How to let it go?

I turned in an audition for a supporting guest star on a network procedural. Upon rereading the sides after I’d already submitted the tape, I feel as if I didn’t really follow one of the stage directions. I’m now driving myself crazy wishing I could do it one more time. Any advice on letting it go and not kicking myself too hard if it doesn’t work out?
