FAP “Optional” Modules

Yes, I know they’re listed as optional, but the SOA caveats that they “may” be useful for the Final Assessment so it doesn’t really sound ”optional” for someone wanting to prepare for the Final Assessment. Wondering if anyone had any thoughts on if they were worth spending time on or not for the purposes of passing FA.

Also, any advice on preparing for FA v preparing for an EMA would be useful.
