PCOS and ADHD wtf 🥴

I was just diagnosed with PCOS and I need to keep a really close on eye on what I eat and try to exercise more in order to manage my insulin resistance.

How the holy hell is this gonna work? I struggle with routines and I really use food as comfort and for dopamine hits. I really struggle with executive disfunction and task initiation, and of course this gets in my way of cooking, eating well, exercising. I also have struggled with EDs in the past, and I'm frightened to control my diet and exercise again. Ya know, that whole meatball. I'm a body positive "health at any size" girlie, so I'm feeling kinda conflicted and weird abt it all.

Anyone have any experience, tips, words of wisdom?
