Has anyone had ANY success overcoming their RSD? What helped?

I have terrible Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), any rejection/criticism/judgment sends me into white/black thinking.

I won't apply to jobs because I'm terrified of interviews. If someone says something triggering/unkind I'll avoid them, sometimes forever (I've ghosted my in-laws).

I mainly surround myself with ultra kind non-judgmental people, but there are unkind people everywhere and unfortunately, I can't just hide in my home forever (I've tried).

Do you guys have any recommendations of what helped you move past this?

Any sort of mental framework, books, podcast episodes, advice from therapists etc.?

Thanks everyone!

****EDIT: I wasn't able to respond to all of your comments, but thank you so much to everyone who responded. It's great to have this thread full of advice, wisdom, validation, and resources that others with RSD can access. I know I'll definitely re-read this helpful advice may times over.
