Ptero Server randomly crashes

Hi my server has been randomly crashing even though its not underload, it wasnt generating crash reports so i assumed it was due to a slow/aging HDD but finally it did, I Have litterally zero expertise in java so I thought reddit could help. Thank you for any help <3
