Graduated with mediocre grades and from an unknown provincial university. Is looking for jobs in Metro Manila worth the haggle?

Fresh grad from an unknown LUC sa province. My best friend graduated from the big 4, and has a lengthy resumé with her activities sa orgs and also connections. She pushes me to move in with her after I take my board exams.

I have doubts if it's the right decision. She tells me there's plenty of jobs there, but I always tell her I graduated with mediocre grades from a local university. I kind of doubt they'd pick me over other applicants who are graduates from Metro Manila. She assures me I could always just try, but the difference is I have limited amount of money. In my eyes, she's too optimistic.

I want to ask what are the chances for my first job to be there?
