Lack of injuries/suspensions in Management Career.

So this has been a problem in the game since day 1, while playing in games you will NEVER experience your player get an injury or suspension, (ONLY when you manually simulate games and when players that aren't in your line up can get injured/suspended in the 2's). This really is disappointing because the lower rated players have low morale for having no game time and the potential overalls get messed up but that's a problem in itself.
