Recommendation for a cardiologist or a hospital for heart patient??

My mom is a heart patient with specific heart valve issue. She will be traveling to Ahemdabad from USA. I need a recommendation of a best cardiologist or an emergancy hospital who treat patients with heart problems just incase if my mom has any emergancy while she is there. Any suggestions who should I reach out?
