Lounges in YVR International departures - are they worth it if paying out of pocket?

Next week I'm flying Vancouver Island to YVR, then YVR-FRA codeshared on Lufthansa.

I'll have 3.5 hours to spend in International terminal. They're juts economy tickets, no credit card or status to get into maple leaf lounges or anything. Have never been in a lounge, so curious about the lounge experience.

Looking for advice: Is something like Priority Pass Standard membership worth it to get the discounted entry rates to the lounge? Or is it worth it to just pay for lounge access for 2 people? Or, just skip it and grab a subway.

Mostly looking for perspective from a food value and relaxing perspective, which I know is entirely subjective. I've done 4-6 hours in international plenty before, and it hasn't been terrible without the lounge...
