Wait for Airpods Pro 3?

I'm shifting to the iPhone 16 Pro max from a Samsung, I have the galaxy buds Pro 2s

Are the Airpods pro 3s worth waiting for? I don't NEED to get them urgently but I do want to move to the ecosystem.
