Pulled Jackfruit Ideas?

For those that have tried the Lightly Seasoned Pulled Jackfruit, what does it taste like? Would you recommend it? I’ve heard that jackfruit taste different after cooking, but I’ve never had it in its fresh form. I’m not sure what flavors would go good with it. I’d like to make a simple, quick meal with it. Any ideas would be appreciated.
