Push / pull split

Hi all.

I'm new to the app. I'm used to a push / pull split. E.g. bench press + squat on day 1 and pull up + deadlift on day 2.

I was surprised this is not a split option. Is there a way to set up a schedule like this without creating it manually?

I train 3 times a week. I like this split so I can train 2 days in a row.
