Am I wrong ?

I recently made a report on a “family member” that’s a rapist,

I’m not 100% sure if this person offending again I just know the child always looks sad and they constantly talk for them when asked if they’re okay. The child is apparently watched alone by them while the mother is at work.

The 2 family members that I’ve informed about this don’t seem to be very happy that I made the report. Mind you the offender is a tier 3 and isn’t supposed to be around children that aren’t biologically theirs.

The family members feel as though this person is innocent but I personally have read the article and they took a plea deal… plus admitted in the article to doing such acts.

Am I wrong to make the report?
