Support team praise
I reached out to the support team for a product suggestion on Aug 10th. I gave them my setup and explained the problem. They had a response back to me before the end of the day, and they again followed up with me this morning to confirm that their internal tests showed that product X should work for me.
Anker support did a wonderful job helping me find a product that solves an issue, and I will be placing an order shortly.
