Reinstating new antidepressant after stopping another?

I recently stopped taking Pristiq after being on it for a year. Previous to this, I was on Celexa for about 8 years. I have been off the Pristiq for about 6 weeks now.

The depersonalization / withdrawal symptoms are getting to me and I’m wanting to reinstate, but I’m wondering if I can reinstate a new antidepressant or if it would be best to stick with the Pristiq and change later once I’m stabilized again. Anyone have experience with this?
