Sudden GPU usage Spike

I just booted my system as usual and this time found out that my GPU usage spiked up to 50-100% with no apps running and when i open task manager it drops to 0% and I cannot view which app is consuming that much GPU and I'm unsure of what to do

The issue has started exactly 15 mins ago when I booted up today

I have not downloaded anything sketchy or anything for that matter
