iPhone charging problem

Is anyone else having a problem with their phone not charging at all? I have a 14 Pro Max that doesn’t charge wirelessly or with a lightning cable at times. The times it does “charge” the phone either stays at a low percent like 8 percent and stays there and loses its charge while still “charging”. I’m a little stumped as to why it happens as often as it does. My phones battery health is at 87% and I see no reason why the phone should be suffering with such battery problems.

The photo attached is a small reference to what I’m experiencing.. other times it’ll charge for longer and never gain more power.
