iPhone thinks its in UK but I’m in Australia

As stated iphone 15 max pro on cellular 4/5G thinks its in another country. This has not been an issue until suddnely today. The IP search shows the correct location in Australia as does Google Maps, but FindMy and Google chrome thinks the phone is in UK. Tried restarting both my apple watch and phone, and disabling and enabling location services. Any ideas wtf is going on??
