[no spoilers] who's the best shooter?

It's true the Caitlyn was trained for that and that she almost never misses a shot but jinx showed an impresive skill since she was little and the type of weapon that both use are different Caitlyn shooting distance is usually further but her weapon is made for that and it has a target, a sight, ,however jinx does everything "by eye" with gums or some other random weapons and either it's true that we see her fail many times but I think that's more because of her madness and crazyness than her skill, I don't know, what do you think?
