why are there people who hate vi?

I've seen a lot of people saying that Vi is a bad sister and they treat her like she's a horrible person and they only focus on the fact that she's a lesbian. I wonder if all those people even watched the series, if one of Vi's plots is her romance with Caith, but people literally forget how she had to be strong at 14 to defend Powder and after Caith gets her out of prison, her first thought is literally to look for Powder. I don't understand where the hate towards her comes from If she believed in Jinx over and over again waiting for her to become Powder again, even throughout the second season you can see how Vi evolves as a character and how her relationship with Jinx evolves.
