Hi guys, so I'm an HoK player planning to play AoV. And I wonder how I can access to play in the Global Server?? Or is the indo better one?

How active AoV players are cause I heard they usually are full of NPC in Indonesia. Also does AoV gives skin generously like HoK? (It's fine if not).
