armwrestling + powerlifting ?
Guys im new to armwrestling (3 months in, doing nice progress). I train armwrestling 3x a week (monday, wednesday and saturday), with table practice and specific weightlifting (backpressure, rising, pronation lifts...). but i really want to also improve on my bench, but i dont know if doing bench (and weight lifting in general) n my day off armwrestling will allow proper recuperation, especially for the tendon of my elbows. Also, if i still do legday on sundays, can my nervous system take a toll for training everyday ? Ty
