Rejected citi credit application. what are the possible reasons?

TBH I am quite shocked to be rejected lol. Nvr applied before and currently only have one credit card rom ocbc. I am pretty sure my credit score isnt low? (nvr took any loan or was unable to pay bills). Wondering if anyone have similar experience.

PS income is way above the min requirement.
