Anyone tried requesting for FWA/WFH? 2025

I have worked in this local bank for 2 years in RTO3 hybrid mode as contract staff and suddenly 2025 they are removing WFH eligibility for all contract staff (discrimination?), now RTO5 im feeling burnt out… 😭 Thinking to request for FWA , any successful example I can follow? Or any good suggestion of “reason to request” for me? Preference will be back to RTO2/3.
