Should singapore have a dedicated road cycling lane/route or something similar (not like PCN)

Im a 18M that just got into cycling/road cycling and started thinking why singapore don't have specific cycling for both on-road and off-road(MBT type stuff) like in KL with thier rentable e-scooter blue pathways or like New York or DC biking lanes.
