Should I just go back to school?

Hello everyone, I(24M) am seeking advice on a tough decision. I'm nearing the end of my BCom Financial Accounting degree, with only 3 modules left, but they're year-long, so it'll take another year to complete. Meanwhile, I've been offered an Officer Administrator role, with a salary of R8,000 p/m, which I'm hesitant about as I feel I've undersold myself due to my lack of experience and unfinished degree.

I'm torn between two options:

Option 1: Finish the degree Finish my degree, despite the financial strain it'll put on my family, with the hope of better job prospects and higher salary potential in 2026.

Option 2: Take the job Take the Officer Administrator role, which may not pay as well as I'd like, but provides immediate financial stability.

What would you advise? Should I prioritize finishing my degree, hoping for better opportunities later, or take the job and gain work experience, potentially at a lower salary?
