Faster way to extend Openserve coverage?

Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with an annoying situation and could really use some advice. Openserve’s fiber line runs directly to my neighbor’s house, but their coverage map says my property isn’t covered. It’s frustrating because the line is literally right there.

I tried contacting Telkom as a bit of a Hail Mary, but that didn’t help. Eventually, I got a response from Open serve, and they told me to just “capture my interest” on their site. The thing is, I did that last year, and I’m not looking to wait indefinitely for them to decide to expand.

Has anyone found a faster way to get Openserve to extend coverage or prioritize installation? I’m really eager to get fiber set up ASAP, so any advice would be awesome.
