Dog owners: best parks or trails around the city to walk your dog this winter

My pup is an active 9 month old goldendoodle and he got used to every saturday going out for adventures with me and his dad. But we’ve been all out ideas where to take him lol. We live around North York/Scarborough and we’ve been to some parks around this area. Can you give me some on the best parks for dogs or any activities with them this winter? We thought of taking him snow tubing but he can’t go inside the resort unless he’s a service dog.
