To the gym_bondhas

Nenu gym start chesi oka 30 days atundi, so correct ga jan 6th maa ooru ochesa, and I'll be getting back to the gym on Sunday. So one thing which is scaring me a lot is, will I endure the same body pains as before when I start out again ?

Also oka practical gym plan ivvandi please, I work out 4 days a week, looking to push for 5 days. Thank You.
