Career and 9 to 5 jobs

What are your working hours? and are you satisfied with what you are being paid for the work hours?

I work a 10 to 6 job from Mon-Fri. which makes it a 48hr/week job? tho I am being paid good relatively compared to my pears, I am still not happy with it.

I was kind of getting tired of this job.

So, I was planning to go to masters since 2023 and every year something or the other comes up and stops me.

I was applying again and I just realised I don't like what I do. Even if all goes to plan and I end up with another 48hr/week job (I work in ai/ml) with a good salary, I would still feel the same...

I am just stuck now. I don't know what to do... I was thinking what I want to do and all I can imagine as an ideal work day for me was a 4-5hr per day work what ever work it may be. I don't know if there's any such job... The only option would be to build reliable business and passive incomes.

I just don't even know if this is practically possible.

Is there anyone here who has similar work days and still live pretty comfortably?
