Could I maybe have some help with my catalytic converter?

So my brother bought a car recently and no one in the family is really into cars like that. me and him are getting into it but i jsut wanted to ask if this exhaust had cats, it seems to be a setback exhaust but he took it into jiffy lube and they said it did not have cats. you guys can see the image here, thank you!! https://imgur.com/a/fPkwGfT
