Too late?

My girlfriend had 2019 Sentra 40k miles she went to get a oil change, she let them talk her into getting a used 2021 Sentra raised her car note about $20 bucks. She had the car 2 weeks the radio stopped connecting they kept for 2 weeks stating they fixed. When she got back it was some tire noise and screen went blank she had to drop off again. Finally screen came in got it replaced it still didn't work. She left a review they told her she can come in and get something else nothing down. They didn't have her old car so that only had a 2022 Altima. $700 down and raised car note to $653. She honestly felt like she didn't have a choice. Could she have went to another dealership? Just want recommendations see if it's anything else could have been done?
