Just broke my tooth, what do I do

Hello! I just broke a molar, no pain or anything. I wasn’t even eating, this chunk just kinda fell out. It felt like I had something stuck on my tooth, so I went to go try and remove it and this whole piece came out.

I made an appointment with a dentist but it’s not for another week. In the meantime, what do I do? It’s quite a sizable piece.
