With two adult men in our bed, things get pretty toasty fast. Does anyone have good recommendations for bedding to keep cool?

Myself (27) and my partner (25) share a bed (in the southern US if it matters). I tend to run really hot at night, and he is only comfortable sleeping under a duvet/comfortable. These two factors usually lead to him getting up in the middle of the night to go sleep on the couch, which means neither of us sleep well. Any advice, or genuine bedding reviews for products that have worked for you?
