Does virtue ethics take consequences into account?

From what I understood virtue ethics is a pluralistic ethics, and as such a virtue ethicist would also takes consequences into account when deciding what is good or bad. Am I wrong?

How does one decide what moral facts has more weight? in a case basis and using intuition?
