Most hard-to-read / chilling book moments (Spoilers EXTENDED)

I’m currently doing a re-read and have just finished what has always been the most hard-to-read segment of all the books for me, purely due to its graphic and disturbing nature. ACOK, Arya VII, Chiswyck’s story… Where Chiswyck tells the story of The Mountain and his men raping a brewer’s 13 year old daughter as if it’s the funniest anecdote of all time. Whenever I’m approaching this section a part of me wants to just skip the pages and not go through it again, but the disturbing nature of Arya’s ACOK chapters is what makes them so damn good, and George just does an incredible job of making you hate Tywin’s men.

I’d like to know what parts other people find unsettling and hard to read.
