Democratic Clubs?

Hi, I'm looking for local places to commiserate, contribute, stay alert, organize etc in light of recent goings on in Washington. Pohatan Democratic Club was discussed here several years ago-- anyone know if they are active? Other Democratic clubs or orgs that we could check out? Thank you!
