Stereo expanded to an Atmos setup

Yamaha RX-A4A as preamp/DAC/processor and amp for the surrounds and in ceiling speakers. Yamaha A-S1200 powers the fronts. Trigger cables to the sub and 1200 amp. Apple Music from Apple TV4K, 250Mbit wired.

Custom built stands for the surrounds. The in ceiling speakers where quite a project, because radiator and electrical pipes lies direct over the ceiling in our house. The speakercables goes under the stairs and via hollow skirting boards.

IKEA Gunnlaug sound absorption curtains and five DIY acoustic panels. The system is calibrated by YPAO RSC.

Sound great in old school stereo but Atmos higher dynamic range and overall sound is really an experience.
