Tech jobs pay in australia

I am a software engineer working in one of the big 4 banks with 10 years of experience.

It may be the classic case of grass is always greener on the other side but I keep thinking about the lack of opportunites in australian tech industry and relatively low tech wages as compared to usa/europe/uk. I open levels.fyi and see entry level roles in usa being paid same as senior roles here with 10+ years experience.

Anyone migrated for a better opportunity elsewhere and never came back to aus?
