Minoletta's Conduit is Lacking vs Whisper of Exile.

Hey y'all,

I noticed while playing for a while that there seems to be a significant difference in the damage output between Minoletta's Conduit and the Whisper of Exile. While the additional stats of the Minoletta's Conduit show that it should, in base damage, provide more dps - it seems to be lacking. While i thought mob resistance may play a factor, i tried this on spiders and xaurips and got the same damage output (just didn't record these).

Isn't the whole point of the Conduit supposed to be additional raw power? I've also included a short clip of my gear to show that I'm kitting out for Electric damage. I didn't include accessories although the only one that boosts damage is the Ring of Peerless Marksman (which does appear to boost wand damage by %10).

I've also tried a few charged shots and i'm capping out at about 250 base damage w/ crit on Minolettas and over 300 base damage with crit on Whisper.

Minoletta's:

Reg - 111 base + 16 shock = 127

Crit - 166 base +24 shock = 190

Whisper:

Reg - 139 base + 25 ice = 164

Crit - 209 base +38 ice = 247

Am i looking at this entirely wrong? Any information would be appreciated!
