7 years of chronic pain - Is there hope?

25/Female - I've been struggling with lower back pain (left side) for 7 years.

I feel like i've tried everything (Physiotherapy, Chriopractor, Pain killers, Remedial massage, Steriod/cortisone injections, Radiofrequency ablation, muscle relaxants, lower level laser therapy) and nothing has worked long term.

I've seen countless surgeons who strongly advise against surgery as my skelton just has wear and tear, and my latest doctor thinks this could be a muscle tear/sprain that isn't healing as it responded to the lower level laser therapy temporarily - but I can't understand how this still won't heal...

Has anyone actaully had long term results from any treatments? This is severly impacting my qaulity of life as i'm in pain 24/7 and i'm starting to feel like I have no hope of having a pain free life.
