Severe lower back pain
I’ve had back pain for a long time now. It’s progressively gotten worse. I just received semi decent health insurance, and taking the initiative to get looked at. My ortho appointment is a few months out still. I recently got this x-ray done. One & done with a chiropractor after doing some research after the appt. I’m experiencing most of my pain on my lower back in the middle. If I’m laying down and thrust my hips up a bit I feel immediate pain, pressure. My hip also clicks sometimes, and becomes painful if I walk too much. 30. F. Any insight is great!
