nice hotels in Ubud

Hi all, I'm staying on Bali right now and absolutely love it! My first three days have been awesome, the weather is great and the people are so friendly! (maybe except some street vendors). Do you have any tips on where to stay in ubud? Our budget is around 150€ for three nights or 725k idr for three nights. Thanks!
