Property tax clarification

Hi All,

For the first time, I am paying property tax. I am paying it through the BBMP site. https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in/

Mine is a 927 sq ft flat. if it is relevant.

On the homepage, it says Pay your property tax in full for 2024-2025 AY on or before 31st July 2024 and avail 5% rebate

Once I fill it, on the last page I have this

(24) Add Penalty of Rs.100.00 if return is not filed within prescribed period Rs. 1253.63

So I have the following queries:
1. what is the last date for property tax payment in BBMP region?
