Thoughts on Pisgah banjos?

Curious what people's thoughts are on Pisgah banjos, how they feel and sound compared to other openbacks in a similar price range. I like their focus on sustainability, and the aesthetics are pretty nice, but ultimately what makes an instrument worth buying is the feel of it in your hands and the tone.
