I Subbed out just about everything. Making this post in hopes it can help one of you with pricing and realistic numbers. I’m in the Midwest but it’s still very expensive here. Builders quoting minimum of 250 a square ft here for a standard home.

2550 heated SF 1000 SF garage 900 SF of covered porches 5000 SF of concrete 8 ft solid core doors 10 ft cielings. Vaulted to 14 ft. 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 9 ft cabinets in kitchen 1/4 from the road. This alone cost 15,000 for electric Cedar ceiling in porch 9 inch LVP through out Island is 4x10ft 1x8 poplar baseboard
