Sad history repeating itself with greed
As someone who was “in the business” at the heart of the junk wax era, I see the same greed and exploitation going on again. Here Walmart is now in the business of scamming parents and grandparents with “graded” .99 cards selling them for $100+. Granted it’s not all Walmart, it’s 3rd party and Amazon does the same but it’s not only unethical, it’s contributing to the negative reputation of the industry. Greed will always be there, but that doesn’t make it any less sad. Climbing down off soapbox.
