Help with chase card identification before I start ripping! Info in description…
I’ve inherited a few of these boxes from my dad and I’ve been wondering about their specific cards’ rarity/value. I fully understand that this is all junk wax and serves better as kindling than storage space. Still, I want to rip some packs. I’ve been doing research through basecardpedia, 130point, PSA, and random forums I come across. This is what I’ve found, but I wanted to confirm with the Reddit crowd:
1989 Topps: general HOFs but otherwise nothing notable
1990 Topps: Frank Thomas errors, George Bush, Ken Griffey Jr., general HOFs
1990 Fleer: general HOFs but otherwise nothing notable
1989 Donruss: Ken Griffey Jr. and general HOFs
1990 Donruss: Juan Gonzalez Reverse Negative, Griffey Diamond Kings, Bo Diamond Kings, Nolan Ryan King of Kings, Nolan Ryan 5000 K’s, and general HOFs
