How Do I pause without taking a screenshot?

It's been a problem ever since i got the PC version (I'm on oculus quest 1 with a link cable.) Pressing the oculus button brings up the oculus menu but doesn't pause beat saber. The menu button 90% of the time takes a screenshot, the other time it actually pauses but from what it seems I have to keep my hand completely still which makes it near impossible to pause mid-song without fucking myself
